The Marquette Hotel located in downtown Minneapolis a longtime fixture of the IDS block undergone a 25 million dollar phased renovation over 5 month of the hotel interior from the lobby to the hotel’s 282 rooms.
All Furniture was later called on upon to remove all of the existing furniture, fixtures and equipment for recycling and disposition. All Furniture received and stored all of the new furniture, fixtures and equipment at our warehouse located in NE Minneapolis. The installation was completed by our professional installers over five phases. Some of the challenges were strict deadlines with no room for error. There were only two elevator access points that could be used and delivery and removal had to be done after hours.
Extensive pre- planning, multiple options, and frequent communication helped contribute to the project success.
